There are serious concerns about staff supervision and boundaries, including situations where male staff members accompany children into toilet areas. This raised significant alarm and was not handled with appropriate clarity or reassurance when questioned. Based on direct experiences and accounts, there are deeply worrying issues with how concerns are managed. The activities are engaging, and the facilities are always clean and well-maintained. We appreciate their regular update in regards to my son's daily day activities in the nursery. What impresses us most is the team's ability to tailor their approach to his unique needs and personality. My son was born premature with a lot of delays and health problems he was so delayed with speach and a lot more things (aggression) i honestly felt like he was never going to reach milestones.
