The staff are really warm and clearly care a lot about the children in their charge. There is also a mix of ages of the staff which is another huge positive imo. Food is top notch and cooked fresh by one of the directors (rather than travelling miles from an outside supplier). In a full day, children get two proper hot meals and my son hoovers up everything that comes near his plate. The children are always going on adventures outside and there is lots of loose parts play, not just endless plasticky toys. The space is beautifully organised (how do they do it???!) and management are very responsive.
