"reviewBody": "Well we started our twin boy's at this nursery and was happy with the 1 hour settling in process where the twins boys where happy to be there. After the first day or two the twins where not even happy to leave home to go to nursery even thoe we tried to hype them up in the morning with a little nursery dance to try and make them happy to go.\n\nThe twins mum after this had to stay for an hour every day for a week to try and settle them in as the staff seemed incompetent to take the boys in on there own, it seemed like they would not even take there coats off because the boys where telling them they did not want to take them off. To me as a nursery the staff are in control and should take control and are twin boy's are 2 yeats old.\n\nWe let it go as we was checking the app every day to see what they have had for lunch and to see if there nappies have been chaged but the app would only be updated ever couple of days.\n\nThen the last straw was today when the twin's mum picked them up form nursery today and one of the twins had a massive swollen eye round his temple area of the eye going all the way down to his cheek, and the twins where ushered out of the door with no coats done up and frezzing cold outside and i asked the assistant what had happened to his eye and she said i will be back in a minute and closed the door. Ten minutes later we was still waiting there for an answer.\n\nI dont take this as normal becuase it is certinly not.\n\nOur son has been in agony all night and we have had to try and comfort him. I certainly don't find find this acceptable.\n\nThere is alot more i could add but dont want to go on. Check the picture's.",

There are a couple of things that need addressing but I am sure they are working on it and ensuring priority goals are met.",

The situation has now been handled correctly and everyone is happier all round",

Inclusion & environment

Outdoor space

Staff provide interesting and stimulating activities for children. For example, staff join in with children's games outdoors. This motivates children to run, balance and move their bodies in different ways, which fosters their physical development.

Well we started our twin boy's at this nursery and was happy with the 1 hour settling in process where the twins boys where happy to be there. After the first day or two the twins where not even happy to leave home to go to nursery even thoe we tried to hype them up in the morning with a little nursery dance to try and make them happy to go. The twins mum after this had to stay for an hour every day for a week to try and settle them in as the staff seemed incompetent to take the boys in on there own, it seemed like they would not even take there coats off because the boys where telling them they did not want to take them off. To me as a nursery the staff are in control and should take control and are twin boy's are 2 yeats old. We let it go as we was checking the app every day to see what they have had for lunch and to see if there nappies have been chaged but the app would only be updated ever couple of days. Then the last straw was today when the twin's mum picked them up form nursery today and one of the twins had a massive swollen eye round his temple area of the eye going all the way down to his cheek, and the twins where ushered out of the door with no coats done up and frezzing cold outside and i asked the assistant what had happened to his eye and she said i will be back in a minute and closed the door. Ten minutes later we was still waiting there for an answer. I dont take this as normal becuase it is certinly not. Our son has been in agony all night and we have had to try and comfort him. I certainly don't find find this acceptable. There is alot more i could add but dont want to go on. Check the picture's.

Both my kids go to this nursery and they absolutely love it, staff are fantastic and extremely caring for my kids. Management are also great and are very much hands on all aspects of the nursery. They do go above and beyond under this new management. There are a couple of things that need addressing but I am sure they are working on it and ensuring priority goals are met.

I am the mother of the twins mentioned in the previous post.since the original post was put up a new lady called racheal has been put in to the nursery and seems to be some changes going on for the better .there seems to be a change in communication and the boys go in and come out alot happier 😊 I know it has taken time for them to settle in also.i know the boys are safe at the nursery , but it is just how the situation was was handled when it first happened. The situation has now been handled correctly and everyone is happier all round
