Told them before she started I would like for her to have breakfast and milk none were given to her until her last day when I asked why she hasn’t been offered it… she comes home with bruises that had no explanation given to me and when they try to over charge you and you contact them on multiple occasions explaining this they seem to not change it, and when they finally do they never pick up the phone or respond to messages.
