She was up every hour that night every time she urined in her nappy she screamed in pain.\nI tried to ring that morning numerous of times to see how she was settling and no answer and left 2 voicemails and no reply.\nI went to have a meeting with the owner and he apologised for any distress this caused my family… you don’t apologise for something that you apparently haven’t done. He then refused to continue the meeting as I wanted to record it due to my solicitors instructions but he refused…. Hiding something?\nI emailed the nursery my complaint and have heard nothing back from them. How disrespectful.\nI have been to other nurseries since and they all seem a lot more welcoming and cleaner.\nI have worked in childcare for 20+ years so I know a good nursery when I see it. And this nursery is disgusting. How many other people has this happened to?
