Parents have access to an app that keeps you updated on how much your child is eating and drinking, nap times, and often includes photos of the activities they take part in during the day. They try and follow your usual daily routine which is great.\nThe staff are amazing and incredibly supportive. If there is anything they feel needs working on—such as cutlery use—or if they have any concerns or positive feedback, they discuss it with you in a way that is supportive and never feels judgmental.
