As a non-profit organisation with charitable status, it is managed by a volunteer committee primarily composed of parents and carers, with active involvement from the wider community encouraged in various capacities. The preschool maintains Ofsted registration and full insurance, and actively participates in the Nursery Education Grant Scheme.
