There was NO member of staff there to comfort her, the door was locked and I was banging on it to get someone's attention. When the staff did come they at first took her away from my sight (still in hysterics), then the staff told me it was my fault she was hysterical, then when I stood my ground and insisted on seeing her the staff member roughly pulled her by the arm and pushed her out of the door to me... taking out their own misgivings against me on my daughter... absolutely horrible! Like something from a parent's nightmare!
