The staff are just wonderful, we get detailed updates regarding his day, whether it’s what he ate (including quantity!), nap times and the type of play he has been partaking in.\nThe setting also holds events throughout the year where you can attend in the evenings and catch up with the staff inside the setting in an informal way and they even host a mini festival twice a year! We couldn’t fault Brambles at all, they have been very accommodating where we have asked for additional childcare and our son just loves it there. We were able to stay with him in the environment at the start to make sure he felt comfortable and safe, but after 2 fun visits, he was very happy to be left there and we have managed zero tears this whole time. We love the daily updates through the app and everyone has been very responsive in the chat we have.
