Exempt Steph that was very nice when I signed my daughter up whichdisappeared at some point..the rest of management is really bad. Had really bad experience with Sarah Jane trying to intimidated me after expressing my concerns rather then help.I removed my from the nursery after her 2 days attending and she will soon go to another nursery that is professional and staff had no difficulty to remember my daughters name after her first settling Session .She just attended 2 days and the changes fee are more then 100 pounds for the day or more.Also you will not get back the initial sign up deposit.
