The staff are lovely, the girls key workers absolutely adore them and seem genuinely excited to see them when we arrive in the morning. The app is great providing regular updates, and communication is easy. When they started as babies, I rang regularly those first few days to get an update which they were happy to provide. They also do nice little events around mothers day, pancake day etc. to get the parents involved as well.\nOverall really happy",

They clearly love the nursery as their passion shows.\nFrom registering my child to their first day was amazing. Someone called me and we talked in length about my child and my concerns. Settling in sessions were offered and when my little one struggled we did more smaller ones.\nThe app is amazing seeing my little one happy and running in to cuddle the staff makes my heart burst with pride.\nI did read some negative reviews but wanted to experience it myself and we are so pleased we did. We feel part of a wider family at the nursery. Thank you Bramingham and all of your amazing staff.",

I have had experienced safeguarding issues and hygiene throughout the settling and just in a couple of days attending to nursery. Staff in my daughters room could not remember her name even after 3 days of attending with the pretext is a different and difficult name. Exempt Steph that was very nice when I signed my daughter up whichdisappeared at some point..the rest of management is really bad. Had really bad experience with Sarah Jane trying to intimidated me after expressing my concerns rather then help.I removed my from the nursery after her 2 days attending and she will soon go to another nursery that is professional and staff had no difficulty to remember my daughters name after her first settling Session .She just attended 2 days and the changes fee are more then 100 pounds for the day or more. Also you will not get back the initial sign up deposit. Is not worth it to pay team this money.",

- Older children eagerly use a range of tools and materials to create space rockets and learn new vocabulary related to space.
- Children have regular opportunities to play outside, enjoying activities like jumping in puddles and steering bicycles, which helps develop their large-muscle coordination.
- Young children are encouraged to develop their enjoyment of books, with staff reading with expression and children commenting on familiar pictures.
- Staff understand each child's individual needs and abilities, making ongoing observations and assessments to build on what children already know and can do.
- Staff know the children and their families well, building relationships through flexible settling-in sessions and providing daily feedback and access to online learning journals for parents.

Areas to develop

- 1 Children do not all make sufficient progress within the setting.
- 2 Some children struggle to manage changes that routinely happen during the day due to a lack of support and explanation of expectations.
- 3 The absence of focused support for some children with special educational needs and/or disabilities means they do not make the progress they are capable of.
- 4 Leaders have not ensured that the deployment of staff meets children's needs.
- 5 Leaders have not been proactive to ensure that staff support children's behaviour using consistent processes.
- 6 The learning environment in certain areas of the setting is chaotic and impacts on children's ability to focus on their choice of play, which in turn, has a detrimental impact on children's learning.
- 7 Leaders and staff do not promote children's welfare to a consistently high standard across the setting.
- 8 They do not encourage all children to consider their personal safety and potential hazards in their behaviour.
- 9 Staff do not support all children with special educational needs and/or disabilities to begin to recognise their emotions and develop appropriate strategies to support their wellbeing.
- 10 Leaders do not have a full oversight of how the curriculum is implemented across the whole setting.
- 11 The quality of teaching differs across rooms.
- 12 Leaders have not ensured that all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), receive appropriate support.
- 13 The curriculum design is not effective for those children.
- 14 Staff do not successfully implement targeted behaviour support plans for children with SEND.
- 15 This inconsistent approach to behaviour management means children are not always aware of what is expected of them.
- 16 Leaders do not provide sufficient training and coaching techniques to build on staff's skills and knowledge.
- 17 Practice is not of a high standard across the setting.
- 18 Leaders do not have sufficient oversight of the impact of the curriculum for all children.
- 19 Barriers to learning for those children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are not consistently reduced.
- 20 Leaders have not ensured that staff understand how to support children with SEND consistently.
- 21 Staff do not execute plans appropriately to support children, which causes confusion.
- 22 Children with SEND do not always have the correct adaptations in place to ensure they are able to join in all learning opportunities.
- 23 Leaders do not always ensure that staff deployment is arranged to meet the needs of all children.
- 24 Leaders have not reflected accurately on the quality of the whole provision.
- 25 The teaching quality varies significantly across the setting.
- 26 Leaders do not use staff's skills appropriately to ensure that all children have access to high-quality teaching.
- 27 They have adapted the curriculum to meet the needs of the children in some areas of the setting, but not all.
- 28 This hinders the progress that some children can make.
- 29 Leaders have not ensured that the deployment of the staff team across the setting meets the needs of the children.
- 30 Children's individual needs are not consistently met.
- 31 Leaders have not reflected on the movement of children across the setting to new rooms, to ensure all children benefit from this.
- 32 Large numbers of children remain in one room, impacting negatively on behaviour and routines, and the quality of teaching.
- 33 Due to the lack of oversight, staff do not always know and understand how to positively develop their practice.

Inclusion & environment

## How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff understand each child's individual needs and abilities, making ongoing observations and assessments to build on what they know and can do. They focus on developing fine motor skills by encouraging activities like manipulating dough and making marks on a large easel.

Outdoor space

Children have regular opportunities to play outside in the fresh air. They enjoy jumping in puddles, using metal ladles to scoop and pour water, and steering bicycles with control, which helps develop their large-muscle coordination. Older children learn to independently put on their outdoor clothing before going outside to play.

I have two daughters who attended this nursery and both love it and are thriving, they even eat all the dinners provided (which they don't do at home.) The staff are lovely, the girls key workers absolutely adore them and seem genuinely excited to see them when we arrive in the morning. The app is great providing regular updates, and communication is easy. When they started as babies, I rang regularly those first few days to get an update which they were happy to provide. They also do nice little events around mothers day, pancake day etc. to get the parents involved as well. Overall really happy

My daughter has been going to this nursery for a good few months now and I just have good things to say about it! She’s developed so much more since going and feels super comfortable with all the grown ups on her room, I know she’s well taken care of every day and it’s always great to see my baby so happy on all the pictures sent to me on the nursery’s app. Would definitely recommend 10/10

Fabulous nursery, attended an open day and the management team that showed me around couldn’t be more professional and knowledgeable. They clearly love the nursery as their passion shows. From registering my child to their first day was amazing. Someone called me and we talked in length about my child and my concerns. Settling in sessions were offered and when my little one struggled we did more smaller ones. The app is amazing seeing my little one happy and running in to cuddle the staff makes my heart burst with pride. I did read some negative reviews but wanted to experience it myself and we are so pleased we did. We feel part of a wider family at the nursery. Thank you Bramingham and all of your amazing staff.

If I could take even that star off I would .This is the kind of nursery that looks professional from outside but when you actually have a deeper experience is that kind that you want to avoid for your children. Is not worth it to pay team this money.

It was a lot of situations when my son is coming wet at home and he was getting ill most of the time because of this. It was a lot of time conversation with staff and it's a lot of other issue there. I have full voice recording conversation with the staff I hope the head office read and I'm happy to share with them and let them understand what staff thay have and for what I was paying my son nursary
