Bright horizons Farnham settled that fear and anxiety I had around leaving my baby with someone else whilst I returned to work. From the moment I took my first steps through their door on my tour, I knew that this was the setting I wanted my daughter to thrive in. The staff were very friendly and greeted myself and my baby in a caring manner and also ensured I followed the right safeguarding procedure upon entering (I am a school teacher so the fact they asked me to sign in and show a valid form of identification before allowing me to enter the building was a huge tick in that box - especially as I pictured my daughter being in that building when other prospective parents were being shown around knowing that she would be safeguarded in that way, too). Tracy and her staff ensured that upon starting, my baby had bespoke settling in sessions to make her transition the best it could possibly be. Now she has started, I know that this setting is the right place for my baby and the communication between staff and parents/carers is phenomenal!
