We just said we had a viewing and were allowed straight in without providing a name.\n\nMost concerning was that we noted one of the members of staff who had just changed a child in the baby change room hugging and kissing the baby/toddler on the cheek infront of us. To us this is completely unacceptable.\n\nThe staff seemed miserable, didn’t say hi to us when we were going around into the different rooms etc. All of the children seemed extremely upset and crying and ignored by staff.\n\nThe vast majority of staff seemed very young and were described as students which we aren’t against but if it’s the majority of the workforce we do question the experience of the nursery as a whole.
