There was no genuine accountability or empathy, just justification for poor treatment.\nI witnessed on the nursery’s CCTV my one-year-old son crying and being ignored by staff. It was heartbreaking to see him reach out for comfort and be left alone. Only after I called the nursery did someone attend to him. This level of care is completely unacceptable and deeply concerning.\nAlthough one manager, Ronika, did acknowledge my concerns and responded professionally, the core problem remains: this is not a safe or nurturing environment. No parent should feel afraid to leave their child in the care of a nursery. No child should be ignored or spoken about disrespectfully by staff.\nBright Kids Nursery may have a few good individuals, but it is deeply mismanaged. The way parents are treated and the way children are overlooked makes it an unsafe choice in my experience. I’m incredibly relieved to have removed my son from this setting.
