The preschools are vibrant hubs of activity, encouraging a love of learning through open-ended play resources and staff engagement. A key pedagogical focus is on nature, outdoor play, authentic resources, and "Loose Parts," empowering children to lead their own learning journeys, sparking curiosity, awe, and wonder with the guidance of trained staff. The nursery group is committed to developing future practitioners through a successful apprenticeship programme established in 2009. Staff members also hold essential certifications in Paediatric First Aid and Basic Food Hygiene, and the team includes specialists in Special Educational Needs, Family Support Practitioners, and leads in Learning & Development.
