Located near Chivenor airfield, the nursery provides a safe space for children to explore and grow. The dedicated team, many with experience in military families, are committed to continuous professional development to ensure a fresh and engaging curriculum. The nursery provides care for children from 9 months old, with cosy indoor and outdoor play areas. Younger children focus on physical development, communication and language, and personal, social, and emotional development. As children progress to the pre-school room (around 3 years old), the curriculum expands to include literacy, mathematics, understanding the world, and expressive arts and design. The facility also features an additional grassed area being developed into a kitchen garden and wildlife reserve, promoting further learning opportunities. Children from both age groups free-flow at certain times, fostering family-like relationships and peer-to-peer learning. The nursery also offers branded uniform items for purchase.
