Staff provide a welcoming and inviting environment, fostering strong bonds with the children. The curriculum is designed to build on children's interests and skills, with staff confidently sharing identified next steps in learning. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive good support, with staff demonstrating a secure knowledge of individual educational plans and collaborating with parents and professionals.
