There’s such a practical, no-nonsense feel to everything as well - if they’ve had a tough day, you’ll hear that they’ve had a tough day, and why (rather than them always saying ‘he’s had a lovely day’!), when they are ill they’ll try to cater for them as much as possible before sending them home, and when I asked to shift down to fewer days in a week then up again, it was done with no fuss at all.
