" The day nursery has effectively used additional funding to enhance learning opportunities both indoors and outdoors. A significant development is the newly introduced sensory room, which children, including those with identified Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND), enjoy using to help them focus and pay attention. The staff are knowledgeable about local referral pathways and access specialist advice when needed, monitoring children with SEND and reviewing their progress in collaboration with parents. While children develop mathematical awareness through outdoor play, staff are currently working on planning activities to help children safely use the stairs during transitions between indoor and outdoor environments. The nursery is always clean and tidy, and you are updated daily on your child/ children’s development and what they have eaten throughout the day as well as the development of your child/children. Car park which is ideal to drop off your little one and pick up, without rushing. The nursery is located in a wonderful location. The playground has always been spacious allowing children to have enough room to play and enjoy outside. Every staff member takes the security of your child seriously, and have measures in place which I find very effective in case of any emergencies. Every morning you are greeted with a smile and a happy face, which is essential for children to see a happy face. I would highly recommend Busybees haling park nursery for your child/ children as every child is apart of the Busybees family. Most importantly, my child is happy here! Lastly, you can talk to the centre director about anything, and they will go beyond and above to help you to ensure your child/ children’s development. If you love your child DO NOT BRING THEM TO THIS PLACE. Cannot even call it a nursery, my niece has picked up many bad habits and started swearing. Completely regret this place. Would give zero stars if I could. Communication was extremely poor — I barely received any updates throughout the day, and in the entire month my daughter attended, I was only sent one picture. There was no consistent key worker, which made it difficult for my daughter to build trust and for me to know who was responsible for her care. The settling-in days felt rushed, and as a mum, this left me feeling very anxious about leaving my child there. Overall, I did not feel reassured or supported during what should have been a gentle and secure transition. Management is rude and dismissive as when I had a conversation with her about the recent “inadequate” Ofsted report, her response was quite condescending and defensive. I was not surprised about the report as a lot of the issues raised were things I have voiced as a parent in the months prior. I must say pointing to a board with hardly anything on it does not demonstrate that you have made notable changes.
