When my son become seriously ill in March and we were told his recovery could take weeks or even months, Busy Bees West Ealing did not charge us our monthly fees due to the seriousness of his illness and the fact that he had recently started the nursery. They were in contact with us as parents throughout the whole period my son was ill and they’ve helped us get him settled in again once he returned to the nursery on reduced hours. They’ve made this difficult process extremely easy for us and we couldn’t be any happier that our son is attending Busy Bees West Ealing. The staff are lovely and welcoming, and they take good care of the kids. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone.
