The hygiene of this place is horrendous my sons milk bottle was full of mould and smelly and no one noticed this until we discovered it ourselves (he had been given milk in this bottle all along). Our son was also sick all the time, I know is common for children to be Ill while at nursery but he came back with a cough, cold and rashes all over his body. the manager attempts to be nice but fails miserably, she appears to take no joy in what she does. The other office staff have an attitude and you are lead to feel guilty for calling in checking on your child. Dont be fooled by this nursery and it's appearance ask questions and challenge them.
