They never did, which was very disappointing. I would have preferred to have just be told that there was no spaces left, rather than be left in the lurch.\n\nWe then had to start looking around at other nurseries, looking further afield and having to reserve a place at a later date than we originally required, due to the time it took to try and sort this issue with Busy Bees.\n\nOverall I just felt that there was no consideration for myself and my daughter.
