It is entirely thanks to the incredible staff.\n\nShe started at 11 months and was a very attached baby who found unfamiliar people difficult, but from day one the team showed her (and me) so much kindness, patience and understanding.\n\nThey didn’t just help her settle — they helped me settle too. Every worry was listened to, every question answered, and I always felt supported and reassured.\n\nThanks to their nurturing care, she settled so quickly. She now eats well, plays happily, naps peacefully and comes home full of giggles.\n\nShe’s learned to use new beakers, transitioned from breast milk to oat milk, and has grown so much in confidence. Seeing how happy and comfortable she is there honestly means the world to us.\n\nEvery single member of the team is wonderful.
