When I queried that it had already been agreed they said they had no paperwork reflecting this but magically had space for us now….\nWhen my partner called to discuss the issues they were on the third director within a few months, she was unbelievably rude, I couldn’t believe her attitude, she was antagonistic, condescending and done her upmost to belittle my partner, resulting in me having to make a formal complaint.\nFurthermore the staff are consistently late and then can’t let you in for insurance reasons, leaving you and your child standing outside until someone turns up (freezing in winter & wont even let you into reception) I was late for work a number of times because of this.\nMy child just wasn’t kept occupied during his time there, to the point he wanted to wander off into the garden for something to do, resulting in staff telling us he was misbehaving. He eventually started to hate going and would get upset saying he didn’t want to go.\nWhen we had enough and decided to take him out we assumed the nursery would make the effort to make a bit of a fuss of him on his last day and have his friends say goodbye, but no, we were mistaken, the staff said they didn’t even know it was his last day.
