The setting provides a wonderfully nurturing environment where children thrive, as staff form close bonds with the children and their families, ensuring they are extremely happy and settled. A well-designed curriculum is consistently embedded, enabling children to build key skills and knowledge. Experienced staff, 14 of whom hold level 3 qualifications or above, skillfully deliver a wide array of stimulating activities, from making play dough to exploring words like "find" with babies, fostering deep engagement and strong language development. The nursery places a strong emphasis on developing emotional and social skills, with staff constantly interacting with children about their feelings and experiences. Children are encouraged to become independent, for example, by pouring their own water and serving their own snacks at mealtimes. Leaders ensure that children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) receive strong support, with the special educational needs coordinator actively working to meet individual needs.
