The preschool is open Monday to Friday throughout the year, with the exception of a week in August and a week at Christmas. Sessions are offered from 8am to midday and 1pm to 5pm, and children can also attend for the full day. The organisation accepts tax-free childcare payments. An Ofsted inspection in October 2022 rated the preschool as Good. The inspector reported that children arrive with a smile, settle quickly, and form positive bonds with the staff.
