He couldnt even lift his arms in this coat, his coat was 'somewhere else coz the pegs had been moved about'. Picked him up other times to find his nappy hanging down to the back of his legs full of wee. Once the nappy was falling apart due to being so wet. I was assured by the manager the person in charge recieved a warning. I've been in touch with the area manager who has assured me she will be investigating, however has said she will call twice and nothing! I am beyond shocked and disgusted at the lack of care for my son.
