I talked to the manager, Pauline who only offered us to leave if we are not happy. Because we only stay a week and a day so we lost deposit 200 GBP plus need to pay for the care 3 months as their policy. When we discussed this issues with the Swiss owner that we need to take her to another day care and pay for the new one if they can help because it was their fault not taking good care of our daughter the answer was threatened us and demanded money for 3 months care for nothing but painful experience for our little girl.\nBe careful and think twice if you wanted to take you children to Butterfly Day Nursery on Elizabeth Way, CB4.
