Children arrive with high levels of energy and excitement, positively flourishing in this exceptionally nurturing environment where their happiness and development are paramount. The nursery provides an excellent outdoor learning environment where children of all ages can explore, think, and investigate with confidence and enthusiasm, such as tending to their planting and growing area. The setting demonstrates strong support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and those who speak English as an additional language (EAL). Leaders are dedicated to removing barriers to learning and securing the support children need, meticulously monitoring intervention plans. The quality of education, teaching, and learning is outstanding, leading to exceptional outcomes for children. Staff effectively use songs, rhymes, and Makaton in a language-rich environment to support communication skills. Parents receive excellent communication through daily online updates, photos, and termly parent evenings, valuing the constant support and ideas for extending learning at home. The leadership team extensively self-evaluates and prioritises staff’s continuous professional development, ensuring the high quality of education is maintained. Children develop outstanding levels of well-being, self-worth, and exceptional independence, making them well-prepared for the next stages of their learning journey. The nursery also promotes good oral hygiene and healthy eating, with a dedicated cook providing freshly prepared, home-made meals and recipe cards for parents.
