The dedicated staff team, which includes a manager with qualified teacher status, prioritises supporting children to develop close attachments, helping them to feel secure. This nurturing approach begins with home visits before children start, allowing staff to learn about their interests and ensure a smooth transition. Children are encouraged to learn through playful repetition, such as peekaboo, and are supported in understanding words linked to actions through songs and interactions. The centre provides funded early education for two-year-old children. The curriculum is designed to promote individual learning needs and interests. The centre effectively supports children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) through targeted plans developed in partnership with parents. Children who speak English as an additional language are supported in their language development through the use of key words in their home language alongside English.
