Staff quickly identify when children's progress does not meet expectations and work in partnership with other professionals to develop plans for support, providing consistent and well-targeted support. When children are non-verbal, staff find multiple ways to encourage them to express themselves and their needs. Outdoor space The inspector observed curriculum implementation during activities, indoors and outdoors. Staff are not swift in washing children's dirty hands when they have been playing outdoors.
