The manager explained to all the staff what Coeliac was, risk assessments were completed, the kitchen was adapted in regards to cross contamination, new resources were brought for her, food had been adapted and the nursery menu, to cater for her and her needs!\n\nWe have been reassured so much and she has handled the change so well, with the support of nursery!
