They use a curiosity approach type ethos and rather than being a big commercial business they are warm, friendly and want to get to know and love your children. The staff are all amazing and will do whatever you need with food, naps etc (again unusual in most contemporary settings) My daughter goes equipped with outdoor gear in prep for being outside and exploring in all weathers, whilst also being given amazing opportunities to bake, do craft and simply play!
