Furthernore, they have this old fashion way to report at the end of the day completing a paper sheet. There is also an app but in 4 months, I had 2 updates of my son. The staff is very kind and professional, but they are really overwhelmed. We are all aware of the difficulties in the childcare sector, but I have other 2 nurseries to compare with. The difficulties here are the lack of capacity to cope with the teaching and learning expectation that we parents might have when we are paying hundreds of pounds each month.\n\nMy son is bilingual.
