The nursery operates Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm, all year round, closing only for bank holidays, one week at Christmas, and one week in August. The latest Ofsted inspection, on 10th August 2022, rated the nursery as 'Good' in overall effectiveness, reflecting the warm and homely atmosphere where children are incredibly happy and form secure attachments with staff. The curriculum, which has a clear intent from the manager, focuses strongly on personal, social, and emotional development. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, staff have concentrated on creating a language-rich environment, immersing children in stories, rhymes, songs, and conversations.
