The school he now attends are having to do the referral due to unprofessionalism at this workplace. There has never been an allocated member of staff for children with SEN the whole 2 years my son attended. My child would not have his nappy changed and would be left in stool, because of no communication my child can not address his nappy needing to be changed. Staff are unprofessional walking out of meetings when addressed with these problems from myself and professionals. My other child now attends a different nursery and we have more progress in 6 weeks than we have had in 2 years at this nursery. There would be no communication regarding my son’s needs however would harass for payment every month. After all of this we as a family have not had an apology regarding the lack of support towards my child resulting in longer waits for a diagnosis.
