They use selected strategies in small- group times to meet the needs of the children. In addition to the support in the setting, staff work closely with other agencies to help children make strong progress towards their developmental milestones. Outdoor space A member of staff helps children develop their understanding of how to manage their own risks in the climbing frame area. Children effectively learn to manage their own safety and develop physical skills.
