Children are happy and eager to engage in the diverse experiences offered, demonstrating a strong sense of belonging and connection upon arrival, as they are warmly welcomed by peers and staff alike. The nursery excels in supporting all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), by working closely with professionals like speech and language therapists. This collaborative approach, supported by a dedicated SENCo, ensures swift identification of additional needs and fosters comprehensive development across all seven areas of learning. The well-constructed and ambitious curriculum is delivered by staff who feel extremely supported by leaders and benefit from dedicated training time.
