Staff maintain open communication, providing regular updates on children's progress through an electronic journal called ‘Baby's Days’ and detailed verbal feedback at the end of each session. This collaborative approach aims to support children in developing a strong sense of self, confidence, and respect for others, in line with promoting 'British Values'.
