They're super supportive when approached for guidance and advice, they are hands on with so many of the significant milestones including potty training and they work closely with parents to help navigate phasing in and out of stages like napping, providing guidance on effective approaches based on how well they get to know our child. The events held throughout the year are super inclusive and really help children and parents connect with each other. We've forged positive relationships with other parents facilitated by this social aspect, which isn't something many other nurseries commit to regularly delivering. The educational aspect is IMO superior and children learn quickly to recognise letters and sounds and begin to understand science and numbers. My little one can spell and (almost legibly) write her first name. Children are well behaved and very friendly and independence is encouraged and learnt quickly early on which is fantastic. Nutrition is a priority, with on site chef cooked meals, which is so important. Both leadership and the wider team are extremely approachable and present and inclusive and beyond dedicated. I've spoken to many parents whose children attend other nurseries and their experience is frequently negative or mixed. My experience at Colville has been entirely positive, we adore the team and are so grateful for their care, support and are so cognisant of the significant role they play in our little one's life.
