Later they placed the blame on me as the parent and even blamed my baby with lines such as "babies do tend to fall over". Without giving the full story all I will say is that they filed no incident report, didn't even call me back to discuss my child's injury and couldn't even bring themselves to apologise. I had a team of 15 paramedics/ambulance staff attend the scene and tell me that I wasn't over reacting, but the nursery staff made me feel like I was.The floors are hard, toys dirty and loose cables everywhere, filthy old food scraps within babies grasp and staff who just weren't up to the job.
