"reviewBody": "We’ve had a fantastic experience with Bright Horizons Crouch End, both with our first child and now with our second. Choosing the nursery again was an easy decision for us. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and reassuring, making us feel confident that our child is in good hands.\n\nWe love knowing that our child is well cared for and engaged in a variety of activities every day. The new family app is a great addition, allowing us to check in on our son's day, view pictures, and see what activities he's participated in.\n\nThe nursery setting is great, very spacious with a large outdoor space. It was however starting to look a little worn when our first child was leaving but the ongoing refurbishment which was required is already making a positive difference.\n\nThe nursery always feels busy, so I’m not sure about availability, but based on our experience, we would highly recommend Bright Horizons Crouch End!",

"reviewBody": "My eldest son has been attending Bright Horizons CE Day Nursery & Preschool since he was 10 months old. He's now in pre-school. My second son has joined in the Baby room recently too. Both my boys adore going to the nursery & preschool. They have had excellent relationships with all the staff there, love the variety of activities, and both run in excited to spend the day there with friends. The jewel in the crown of the nursery is its enormous garden. Both boys love being outside and making the most of such a brilliant space.\n\nManagement have put a lot of thought into the layout of the rooms and what they provide, and are always striving for improvements in terms of providing a nurturing environment for the kids, child development, facilities and relationships with parents and families. On the handful of moments that I've had any issue that I needed to speak to someone about (which is inevitable with sending your children to any nursery), I've felt listened to, and supported and I know that, without fail, the nursery put the children and their wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.",

He is always welcomed in - indeed all the staff seem to know his name regardless of whether they are in his room. There are plenty of activities, our boy enjoys the food, and the garden in particular is large, well equipped and a perfect place for an energetic toddler to run and have fun in. Would recommend.",

"reviewBody": "My son had a terrible time here. The first class he went to was good, with lovely staff, for the most part. Then, when he turned 2 and a bit he was moved to a different class and the experience was awful. Disengaged and rude staff who did not seem to care about the kids at all and who seemed unable to cope with the amount of kids. Lack of hygiene which meant the kids caught all the bugs (we ended up moving him to a different nursery eventually and the kids didn’t get nearly as sick there). Unclear curriculum and kids expectations, and unclear guidance from management. It was so disappointing, my biggest regret was not having moved my kid sooner. After the move, he was much happier and thriving. This was two years ago but I doubt things have improved much. I have heard better things about the other Bright Horizons in CE but I would find an independent nursery who really invests in the wellbeing of kids, instead of a massive corporation more interested in profits.",

## How they support every child

SEND provision

Leaders ensure that the curriculum is ambitious and challenging for all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), and that they make good progress in their overall development. Leaders and staff support children with SEND and those who may need extra support well, working with professionals and using recommended strategies.

Outdoor space

Children have lots of fun at the nursery; they make the most of playing indoors and outdoors. Staff engage children in play that is meaningful, such as exploring with sand and water, and children learn how to balance and pedal on bikes successfully.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Bright Horizons Crouch End, both with our first child and now with our second. Choosing the nursery again was an easy decision for us. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and reassuring, making us feel confident that our child is in good hands. We love knowing that our child is well cared for and engaged in a variety of activities every day. The new family app is a great addition, allowing us to check in on our son's day, view pictures, and see what activities he's participated in. The nursery setting is great, very spacious with a large outdoor space. It was however starting to look a little worn when our first child was leaving but the ongoing refurbishment which was required is already making a positive difference. The nursery always feels busy, so I’m not sure about availability, but based on our experience, we would highly recommend Bright Horizons Crouch End!

My eldest son has been attending Bright Horizons CE Day Nursery & Preschool since he was 10 months old. Both boys love being outside and making the most of such a brilliant space. Management have put a lot of thought into the layout of the rooms and what they provide, and are always striving for improvements in terms of providing a nurturing environment for the kids, child development, facilities and relationships with parents and families. On the handful of moments that I've had any issue that I needed to speak to someone about (which is inevitable with sending your children to any nursery), I've felt listened to, and supported and I know that, without fail, the nursery put the children and their wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.

Our son has been at Bright Horizons for a year now, and our experience has been really positive. He is always welcomed in - indeed all the staff seem to know his name regardless of whether they are in his room. There are plenty of activities, our boy enjoys the food, and the garden in particular is large, well equipped and a perfect place for an energetic toddler to run and have fun in. Would recommend.

My son had a terrible time here. I have heard better things about the other Bright Horizons in CE but I would find an independent nursery who really invests in the wellbeing of kids, instead of a massive corporation more interested in profits.
