The children are involved in extending the site (e.g. making signs, using woodwork and painting), doing risk assessments and cooking (e.g. pancakes). E has learnt so much, his confidence grew in just the first few weeks and I am constantly surprised at the things he comes out with. He shares recipes with me that you have made for brunch and crafting now involves hammers and nails rather than glue and paper! We love dandelion and recommend it to everyone. It's great to have the chance to defer primary school and spend this precious time learning in such a wonderful calming space. I only hope we can persuade the school to let us Flexi ed so we can keep coming!
