Staff skillfully adapt daily routines and provide highly targeted support during one-to-one and small-group sessions, using pictorial aids where communication barriers exist. Leaders provide high levels of support and training for all staff, and the provision for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities is extremely effective, with staff making substantial strides in their provision for SEND since the last inspection. Outdoor space Children have ample opportunities to develop confidence in their physical skills as they use the climbing dome and balance on tyres. They also enjoy working cooperatively to manoeuvre the see-saw safely and racing on wheeled toys, developing their gross motor skills, balance, and coordination.
