The staff are described as knowing the children well and implementing an effective curriculum tailored to individual needs, building on their existing skills and knowledge. Children are encouraged to lead their own play and explore in both indoor and outdoor environments. The setting effectively supports children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, with staff and managers collaborating with parents and other agencies to ensure a consistent approach to care and learning. A notable aspect of the provision is the manager's curriculum model for babies, which involves learning in different themed rooms. Children are welcomed warmly into the nursery, and strong, positive relationships between staff and children are evident. Parents have expressed satisfaction with the nursery, particularly regarding the support provided during settling-in periods and the progress their children make. The leadership team has made significant improvements since the previous inspection, ensuring effective safeguarding arrangements are in place.
