The nursery operates during term-time, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, offering both morning and afternoon sessions. The facility is designed to cater to different age groups with dedicated rooms for babies, toddlers, and pre-schoolers, ensuring age-appropriate activities and experiences. The nursery is committed to fostering each child’s confidence, curiosity, and emotional development through play and exploration, guided by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Children have access to a large outdoor area with various equipment, including a mud kitchen and a planting area. The nursery also encourages creativity through art, music, dance, role-play, and technology, and provides opportunities for children to develop mathematical and literacy skills through engaging activities. They prioritise a safe, secure, and healthy environment, emphasising positive self-confidence and aiming to prepare children for their school journey. Special dietary needs are accommodated, and school lunches are provided, along with healthy snacks, water, milk, and formula milk. A key-person system is in place to ensure individualised care and support for every child.
