The warm and welcoming staff team, praised by parents for going "above and beyond", puts children at the heart of everything they do. Leaders at Daydreams are ambitious for all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), ensuring they are well supported with individual support plans developed in conjunction with parents and other professionals. Staff have a good understanding of the children in their care, planning activities based on their interests and identifying learning needs. The nursery fosters a love of stories and rhymes, with staff reading books with rich vocabulary and encouraging children to join in.
