Staff provide a very homely and caring environment where babies and children settle quickly and feel happy and safe. The leader and managers are ambitious for all children and swiftly intervene when children are not progressing as expected. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive excellent support, with staff using a range of strategies to promote their development and working well with other professionals. The leader effectively uses additional funding to help children make good progress. Outdoor play is a daily activity, with children challenging their physical skills on tyres, running and kicking balls, and practising catching. Parents are very pleased with their children's progress and have noted that 'staff go above and beyond to support their children's learning'.
