Do you actually have children that attend the nursery? My daughter has been going here for 2 years and I can 100% recommend it and have done to a number of people. Yes there has been some management changes but in my opinion it has made the nursery even better. I know exactly who looks after my child and always have done. She is excited to go in the mornings and when I collect her she is happy and tells me about all the fun things she has done during the day. Staff leaving could be for a number of reasons as with any other business, it's not necessarily down to bad management. Since under new management this nursery has really gone down hill. The staff turnaround rates here are quite simply appalling. With many long term staff members leaving due to how new management want it to be ran. Parents don’t even know who is looking after their children anymore due to how many new starters are being employed to fill old gaps. Unfortunately the staff that have left can never be replaced as are they are too good for the place. It’s such a shame that the nursery is the worst it’s ever been. I’d definitely class this is as a last resort to ever take my children; If they treat their valuable staff members the way they do god knows how they will end up treating the children! If I could give it 0 stars I really would.
