The nursery operates Monday through Friday for 51 weeks annually, from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm. They are authorised to accommodate up to 36 children, ranging from birth to eight years old. The facility includes two main rooms: one for babies and another combined space for toddlers and pre-schoolers. A spacious outdoor area is available for all children, offering a safe and engaging environment with various toys and games. Inside, there are four children's toilets, a disabled/ladies' toilet, and a men's toilet. The nursery also features a versatile room that serves as a sleep room, sensory room, and computer room for the after-school club, alongside an office, storage area, staff room, and kitchen. As a community-focused nursery, Early Steps caters to a diverse group of children from various cultural backgrounds, which is reflected in their displays and activities. They also offer a Breakfast Club and After School Club for older children.
