As an Ofsted-registered and Leicestershire County Council validated institution, the nursery is committed to delivering exceptional learning experiences. Their philosophy centres on fostering independent, confident, and happy children through a stimulating play-based curriculum, both indoors and outdoors, in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The nursery prides itself on a highly qualified and enthusiastic team, featuring an owner who is an Early Years Graduate and EYP, a Nursery Lead with PGCE and QTS, and managers at each site who are Early Years Graduates or hold Early Years qualifications. All staff members are thoroughly trained in vital areas such as Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, Food Hygiene, and Health and Safety. The curriculum is designed to be child-centred, focusing on individual interests to motivate learning and development, ultimately preparing children for school and lifelong learning. For example, staff work one-to-one with children who need it. This gives those that need it instant help and support to enable them to make good progress. Outdoor space The nursery has a unique feature of a soft-play and ball pool zone. Children have fun when they access this area, demonstrating superb physical skills as they confidently climb, slide and jump.
